We were on the side of the freeway South due to debris fallen off and couldn’t avoid the metal piece sticking in the front right tire of truck. I used the State Farm app and requested a tire change. A company was assigned but no tire truck for a hour even though the app was showing a status update of company being near. I contacted Kris at Roslyn knight State farm to assist and Kris got AAA to assist in changing of my tire. We came by to thank Kris in person but was unable to connect. "This Is Your Accident Olympic Record Holder, with a Accident Claim 15mins after getting Insurance in 2024. I still waited a Year to Write this Review!!! Shame on Me. Just wanted to give an honest and through review... But the Truth is Roslyn Knight and her Team have truly treated me like family. I had my first two accidents ever in life, within this 12 month policy, neither of which were not my fault in my eyes of course. We may not always agree with the insurance policies after accidents but Roslyn's Team just cared that I was safe and well taken care of. Truly, its the personable staff here that make their State Farm services worth while. I have never experienced this level of quality service with any other insurance company before. I had to come through on my promise I made to the team. I was not disappointed and you will not be either. You will not feel like just a number. They Care and the Understand the experiences and struggles of their clients in the community. Most of my interactions were with Roslyn, Andrew, and Carina! I absolutely love the professionalism and quality customer care this team brings to The Cedar Hill ,Texas Community. I plan to add more coverage soon and very soon. Home, Boat, Trailers etc... PS: There's so much more I can say Positively About Roslyn Knight's Team, and the 1 minor issue I did have, instantly disappeared, so we wont rehash anything Publicly Since were Family now.
